I sang from a deep, heartfelt place, in a bigger voice than ever before. By encouraging me to use my voice to access emotions, Ida helped me identify a block that had limited me. Since then my voice has continued to develop, it's stronger and happier.<br /> I came to this workshop with the deepest fear around singing. I had always been told I couldn’t sing and therefore I didn’t! What I found with Ida was to open my throat and sing from my realness, although I still feel that my voice isn’t the best, I discovered something very different and that was to be able to be true and real and speak from my heart….that is an amazing gift.
