To sign up for a workshop, you need to send an application to info@kelarova.com or submit the web form on this site. To book your presence, a non-refundable deposit needs to be paid (see below). Only after the deposit is received, you’ll be put on the list of workshop participants.
If transfering money within Czech Republic, use “190710” as the variable symbol. If sending from an account you do not own or from abroad, or if you’ll direct deposit in cash, please make sure your name is put on the transfer note so that we can identify your payment. When sending deposit for both yourself and your child, you can do this as a single transfer, just add your child’s name to yours. The remainder of the workshop price you’ll pay in cash on the spot, on the first day of the workshop.You will recieve information on this in the near future.

The workshop price includes lodging and meals for the entire duration of the workshop, all the program, concerts, trips to surrounding places of interest, and transportation to/from Poprad or Levoča (within 30 km). If needed, transportation to/from more distant places like Prešov or Košice can be arranged by the organization team, however the participant will carry the costs.
