How to get to us

Majority of workshops – unless specified otherwise – takes places in the Galerie pension in Jedlová.
Jedlová is amidst the beautiful nature of Českomoravská vrchovina, on the border of east Bohemia and Moravia. One is invited to take short and longer walks in the hilly countryside with fresh air, in woods filled with mushrooms.

Galerie pension has 3 twin rooms and 4 quad rooms. Each room has its own en suite bathroom. There is a lounge in the pension, where the singing classwork takes place, and fully fitted kitchen. There is also a grass garden with a pool, open during summer months.

Polička, which is 5 kilometers away, is the closest city; it was founded more than 800 years ago, by the Czech king Přemysl Otakar II. The city is dominated by the St. Jacob’s church, destroyed during the great fire in 1845. That is why during the church reconstruction a small room was built in the tower, designed for the fire guard, where the world-known music composer, Bohuslav Martinů, was born in 1890. The nearby Svojanov castle belong to the city; it is well-known for its festivals and culture events. Another close castle is the never-captured Pernštejn castle. City of Litomyšl, a birth place of Bedřich Smetana, takes pride in its beautiful chateau with a square and archway.
